The HR competence group has the task of raising the general level of competence amongst HR personal within the clusters members. There are regular gatherings to focus on the role of employers and the development of attractive employment opportunities in the process industry.

This group is actively integrated in several other activities in the cluster, such as the leadership program and the Eyde-operator project.

There are several sub-groups in this focus area to cover a wide range of activities aimed at schools, trainees and employees.
