Process

The process group work on the member companies' core processes. The main objective is to increase process capacity to improve the competitiveness of the companies. This goal can be achieved through  increasing the process understanding both in the cluster and within the company, and use this knowledge  to optimize the processes.

«Process people as a link» - we focus on how process control is carried out in practice. 
Members of the group will act as a link between the operators, quality people, R&D and management and be the voice of the end user in the company in the event of changes. The process group will collaborate closely with other competence groups in the Eyde cluster.
