The LEAN- Group has the task to raise the awareness and competence on the subject amongst it`s participants and cluster members.

The group`s focus is on leadership, mind-set and methodology.

Improving value creation in the businesses through continuous improvements throughout their organizations is the goal of the focus-group.

Therefore, the group arranges regular seminars and will do so individually for cluster members on request. In such cases they review the status-quo and opportunities for improvement in the organization.

This group`s work is closely related to other ongoing activities in the cluster. Such as the cluster`s leadership programme, teaching arrangements at the University of Agder and the facilitation of workshops.
