The revised Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (Ekomloven), effective from July 1, 2013, includes provisions regarding the conditions for storing information on users' communication devices — commonly referred to as the “cookie provision” in § 2-7b.
§ 2-7b Use of Cookies / Storage of Information in Communication Equipment
